Why Success Is All About Sacrifice

What is the meaning of success for you? Fast cars?  Big homes? Limitless credit card? Or that great feeling when you finally realized that you know what you want to do with your life, and that is to make your dreams come true and leave your name as a legacy in this world.

All the material treasures that comes by with success is only a bonus – given to the people who highly deserves it because it is an undeniable truth that these are the people who hustle day and night, people who already gave up the meaning of weekends and vacations, people who are just simply tired of being an ordinary lad.

Its All About The Sacrifice
How bad you want it? Is it worth the shot? Is it worth everything about your life?
Every successful person in this world would never deny that achieving their dreams was never a walk in the park but it’s a marathon on the valley of death. It’s those countless nights that you are on your knees praying for the mercy of God to endow you with strength, wisdom and a brave heart so that you may live another day to fight a battle against the words “I give up”.

It is those times that you are hustling as much as you can, you continuously work hard day after day which are geared towards your short-medium-long term goals. It is those times that you constantly refuse to take “No” as an answer. It’s those times that you would do the damn best efforts that you could do just to win the game and because of those trying times, you are going to be successful.

After winning the battle, as you go home with the scars and the merits of those trials and failures, people would applaud you, people would recognized your triumph and sacrifices.

People will envy you and say “I wish I could be that man, such a man with full of inspirations, ideals and success” and that is why success is all about sacrifice.

Life’s Most Profound Moments

“Everything starts with a dream, a particle of our imagination that teases us of what the future could be like, as long as we fight for it.” Life is made up of moments. Most of the life we live, we don’t remember. Even if it’s stored somewhere on our mental hard drives, retrieving most memories isn’t in our ability. What we do remember, on the other hand, are the moments that impacted us, shaped our lives, and made us better human beings. The bigger the impact, the greater the influence, and the more it shapes us to do better. Most of these experiences we can’t possibly understand without experiencing them ourselves. We can imagine how we might feel, but we can’t actually know. Here are some of the most Profound Moments of Life:
Hitting Rock Bottom
It’s one thing not to win, not to achieve your goal, and it’s another to give it your all and still fall short. True failure isn’t losing; it’s losing when there’s nothing in the world you want more than to win. And, for that moment, you think you’ve lost it all. When you really put in that effort and realize you just aren’t good enough, that’s a hard place to be — you won’t understand it until you experience it. But, a legacy isn’t defined by short-term moments we live for and never by any currency we acquire. So, don’t be afraid to fail. Be afraid you never tried.
Love
Just about every human being to walk the surface of this earth has done his or her best to put love into words, to portray it accurately enough for an individual who has never experienced the phenomenon, to understand it — and, for the most part, failed. Love is a little different for each person, but the intensity of love we all share. It’s an intensity that can only truly be understood through the power of time and our emotions. As they say, love heals just about everything.
Losing Life
Life is incredibly short. Days, weeks, months, years, fly by at the blink of an eye. When time comes for a loved one to pass on, the experience is significant. It’s life altering. While our emotional responses may vary, coming to understand how fragile life really is always a bit of a shock. It took me six months, before I could even talk about my grandmothers passing without getting teary. The important part here is, while they may be gone, they are still always with you. Sometimes, they are even a little closer than you may think. If you’re lucky, they become your angels.
Finding Passion
The focus. The hunger. The drive. It’s easy to understand the feelings associated with finding your passion in life, but you can’t possibly understand it unless you ignite that fire within. Fear is not a real, it’s a choice. It’s only a product of the thoughts you create. Absolute conviction is an absolute prerequisite. Passion has a way of solving some of the toughest problems, but without it you’ve already lost. So, don’t ever let the fear of losing be greater than the excitement of winning. Ignore the world. Keep doing you. And, eventually it will have no option but to revere what you do best.
Achieving Your Dreams
I remember being younger and thinking to myself, “I’m going to get good grades, and work super hard to success, no problem.” Well, I didn’t realize how difficult it could get based on the path I chose. Some, think I’m lucky. But, let me be the first to tell you, the headlines of success are like fairy tales – the reality of what you go through daily is sometimes like a never-ending nightmare. Even if we understand how difficult it can be, finding yourself at the end of your rope, having failed over and over again, running out of money, running out of credit, and the stress that comes with it all isn’t something you can simply imagine. We just glorify ourselves in wanting the end prize, without realizing the agony it takes to get there. So, don’t read the headlines for success. Be your own headline. Inspire yourself to be great. Because, being good isn’t good enough.
Becoming a Parent
I’m not yet a parent myself, but I have seen how parents’ eyes light up when their daughter or son accomplishes some sort of an achievement. To parents, it doesn’t matter how small the achievement. Even their kid getting dressed on his or her own for the first is usually cause for celebration. It must be an amazing sort of pride as you’re both proud of your child and proud of yourself for being that child’s parent. Cherish those moments, as I hope to one day.
Finding Authenticity
To be fair, there are plenty of us who will realize that we are limited by the real friends we have — and aren’t willing to admit it. Authenticity is hard to find. But, when you find it. Hold on to it. At the end of life, I can guarantee you will be able to count those that mattered with only one hand. Fame is vapor, popularity an accident, riches take wing, but only character endures. Never regret a single character in your journey. If they weren’t part of your destination, they were just preparation.
Working to Work
We all seem to think we can manage to work whatever job we need to, without really being bothered by it. We tell ourselves it’s worth it for the money. Or it’s worth it for all the free time it allows. But at the end of the day, working a job you despise will eat you up from the inside. It may take time to do so, but it’s inevitable. And, if you want to be a leader, despising what you do, won’t get you there. Leaders aren’t born, they are created – when they understand passion and listen for it in every form. Never make money your goal. Instead, pursue the things you love doing, and then do them so well that people can’t take their eyes off you. And, if life gives you lemons, make apple juice and make people wonder how the hell you did it.
Living Life with Love
If you’re wise and lucky enough to create for yourself a life you’re proud of — a life you look forward to living every single day — the relief you’ll feel you won’t be able to be put into words. So, close your eyes and think with your soul. Dream Big. Dream of Greatness. Dream of what defines happiness. Then figure the path that will lead you there, while knowing the difference you are going to make.
Understanding the Meaning of Life
We all make mistakes — some small, others huge. When it comes down to it, if you can’t change it, then there’s no point in obsessing over it. You quit, you lose. You keep going, you may still lose. But, your ambition will never die. If you genuinely want something, don’t wait for it — teach yourself to be impatient. The reflection in your mirror should be your only competition. The rest is just noise. As they say, “If there is no enemy within, the enemy outside can do us no harm.” People will always tell you can’t. You just smile and say “watch me”. It doesn’t matter if the glass is half empty or half full. Be grateful you have a glass – you’re the only person that can decide what’s in it. Life is just a big empty canvas. You create your own art. And, then you decide how to turn into a masterpiece. Those who bring positive energy into the lives of others cannot keep it from themselves. Energy is magnetic and only multiplies back into your ultimate happiness. And, remember, there are only two people in life you have to impress. Yourself and God. The rest comes naturally

Why Filipinos Miserably Fail Financially

According to the Philippine government, there are 12 million poor Filipino families earning Php200 below, with that average income the family is living only with canned sardines and rice as their daily consumption while their kids are left out to the streets due to lack of financial means to send them to school.
As the government beef up its support for the Pantawid Pamilya Program(PPP) to alleviate millions of Filipinos out of poverty, PPP is a government platform where poor families receive monthly allowances from the government in exchange of pre-conditioned settlement such as basic educational attainment for their children and healthcare provisions for pregnant mothers.

Many of us often asked, what is the root cause why Filipinos miserably fail financially which limits them of attaining better lives, and here are some of them;
''Educationally and Financially Illiterate''
Education is the basic foundation of learning things in life in general, many Filipinos lack the persistence to educate themselves. We live in a society where neighborhood gossip’s and showbiz brouhaha is more prevalent than topics concerning the improvement of humanity per se. With lack of education and the laziness to learn things, typically some people end up begging in the streets. Education is a tool dedicated to sharpen and increase our chances to succeed in life, education is not only found on the corridors of universities, education is written on books, magazines, newspapers, and the best among them is Google! Good information is only a click away. Read and digest every information you could grasp.
One major problem concerning this is that Filipinos in general are financially illiterate, we basically hate math and numbers but when money comes to the table, we could see all those evil smiles ready to spend that money down to the last cent. Majority of Filipinos never even knew the basic trades of handling money wisely and intelligently like what Fil-Chinese millionaires are doing – much even worse is how Filipinos love to spend their money on shopping things that they don’t basically need while SM mogul Henry Sy saves every single cent he could get out of the loose change from Filipino shoppers. With those loose change alone Mr. Sy is earning millions already.
Filipinos are not keen on learning the basic knowledge of wealth managing strategies, we never even knew what’s a stock or mutual funds are for. Sadly, people are left out with the old tradition of “Piggy or bamboo bank” strategy just waiting for a disaster to break it open. Financial education is very important, it is a testament on how skillful you are on handling 1 peso to 1 million and money is a very important thing, a person who says that money is not important is surely doesn’t even have an ATM. Start educating yourself on how to grow more money out of your money.
Shaquille O’neal once said; “Is not how much money you have but how educated you are to keep and grow it”,
''Come What May Mindset''
Filipinos have this mentally that is widely known for “Bahala na or come what may”. It is a mindset which connotes disaster in the making. We like to tend things to fend for themselves. It’s like saying to a problem that you have to solve your own while I’m just going to sit here and watch.
This mentality is frequently the mindset of irresponsible people who decide to raise a family without planning wisely or budgeting finances realistically. This is evident in most households wherein an extended family is common among Filipinos. In this setup we find teenage parents who entrust the care of their children to the grandparents. For people who are often a burden to their families or to society, they make the “bahala na” mentality as an excuse to do nothing out of contentment to their situation.
''Big Spender Today, Beggar Tomorrow''
One bad side that we have is that we are generally big spenders when we have the money in our hands. We like to show off with people that we are capable of buying things to satisfy our ego. We buy the latest mobile phones with the money that we don’t have. We take vacations on the money we borrowed on that Indian loan shark(5-6).
This is also one of the common traits I could see to returning OFW’s. They work so hard, save so hard but once they are home in the Philippines, it’s a party every single day. They take their family and extended family to shop and dine on malls. I’m not against with this but you spent 2-3 years working abroad just to save every bit of money then when you are home you’ll most likely spend half of your savings just on celebrations alone. Keep the money, save and invest it wisely because everyone is capable also of working abroad such as your extended family too. Why take all the burden?
I once read about a Fil-Chinese billionaire who gave an advice to his kids; “Don’t follow what Filipinos are doing when they get their salaries, they go to shopping malls to buy things they don’t basically need or they would indulge themselves on drinking marathons then the next day they are borrowing money to put food on the table”.
Well, that sums up everything. We are a very workaholic people and all, just to earn good money but the core problem is the way we approach and think on how we manage our finances. Let us follow what are the rich Fil-Chinese are doing and that is delay gratification.
Don’t buy your wants for now but rather focus on the basic needs such as food, education and healthcare then save as much as money as you can down to the last cent then invest it to a good business you are passionate about or you might as want ask a legitimate financial advisor to educate you on the different levels of safe and risky investments.
Remember financial knowledge is power.😊

Bakit Mahirap Maging Mahirap?

Kaya naman ito ang mission ko, to educate and motivate people to be the best that they can be when it comes to finances, and to help you realize kung bakit kailangan mong makawala sa kahirapan???NGAYON.

Bakit nga ba mahirap ang maging isang mahirap?

PARATING KAPOS

WALANG KATIYAKAN

If you are in poverty, nabubuhay ka one day at a time.

When you are in poverty, you are only living in the moment, therefore, it doesn???t give you the luxury to think about the future anymore, like future savings, future investments, etc. At kung may emergencies or nawalan ka na ng trabaho ng tuluyan, magiging mas mahirap ito kasi hindi ka nakapag-prepare for it.

MALING DISKARTE

Living in poverty causes daily stress, anxiety, and fear kasi hindi mo alam kung papaano ka makaka-survive sa araw araw. Once na kinain ka na ng mga emotions na ito, this may lead to even more bad decisions just trying to solve the problem, pero usually temporary solutions lang ang mga ito.
Nandito na yung mangungutang ka, magmamadaling maka delihensya by accepting other jobs ng sapilitan, or malululong sa pustahan at ???easy money??? games para magbakasakali hanggang sa naubos na yung natitira mong pera.

MADALAS MAGKASAKIT

Hindi mo na ito napapansin na because you are very low on cash, your tendency is to always go for cheaper food like canned goods, instant noodles, or even fast food. When you do this every day, nawawalan ka na ng important nutrients para maging malusog ang katawan mo. Your health will actually deteriorate.
Minsan naman, to relieve any discomfort or pain, itinutulog mo na lang ito because you can???t buy medicine or even send yourself to a hospital or clinic man lang.

Alam mo na education is your ticket to succeed in life, pero nao-overwhelm ng problema mo sa kahirapan ang drive mo to pursue success in life.

Pwede bang makalabas sa pagkahirap?

THE ANSWER IS A DEFINITE YES!

Essential Oil Guide

Essential oils are organic compounds extracted from plants with tremendous healing properties. Using essential oils for healing purposes is often called aromatherapy, which is a holistic treatment seeking to improve physical, mental and emotional health. For over 5,000 years, many different cultures have used these healing plant oils for a variety of health conditions. They are often used for relaxation, beauty care, home cleaning and most often used as natural medicine. Just adding some of the most common essential oils like lavender, frankincense, lemon, peppermint and tea tree oil to your natural medicine cabinet can:
  • Fight cold and flu symptoms
  • Relax your body and soothe sore muscles
  • Heal skin conditions • Alleviate pain
  • Balance hormones
  • Improve digestion
  • Reduce cellulite and wrinkles
  • Clean your home
  • Used in homemade personal care products
What Are Essential Oils?
Essential oils are extracted directly from the bark, flower, fruit, leaf, seed or root of a plant or tree, and just one drop can have powerful health benefits. They are typically created through the process of distillation, which separates the oil and water-based compounds of a plant by steaming.
Essential oils are highly concentrated oils that have a strong aroma. By concentrating the oils of these plants, you are literally separating the most powerful healing compounds of a plant into a single oil. For instance, in order to get 1 single 15ml bottle of rose essential oil, it takes 65 pounds of rose petals.
These therapeutic oils in plants protect the plant from insects, shield the plant from a harsh environment and help them adapt to their surroundings. By taking essential oils, you are harnessing the protective and healing powers of a plant.
Essential oils are composed of very small molecules that can penetrate your cells, and some compounds in essential oils can even cross the blood-brain barrier. They differ from fatty oils (like those in vegetables or nuts) that come from large molecules because they cannot penetrate your cells, so they are not therapeutic in the same manner.
Top 12 Essential Oils Health Benefits
Each essential oil contains compounds with unique healing and therapeutic benefits. Here are some of the most popular essential oils and how to use them.
1. Cypress: Improves circulation, reduces varicose veins, lifts confidence and can help heal broken bones.
2. Eucalyptus: Improves respiratory issues like bronchitis, sinusitis and allergies. Also invigorates and purifies the body.
3. Frankincense: Builds immunity, reduces inflammation, heals age spots, and supports brain function.
4. Ginger: Reduces inflammation, supports joints, improves digestion and relieves nausea.
5. Grapefruit: Supports metabolism and cellulite reduction. Mix with coconut oil and rub on areas of cellulite.
6. Lavender: Helps with relaxation, improves mood and heals burns and cuts.
7. Lemon: Great to use in homemade cleaning products, improves lymph drainage and cleanses the body.
8. Oregano: Powerful anti-microbial properties, can kill fungus and help you kick a cold fast.
9. Peppermint: Supports digestion, improves focus, boosts energy, fever reducer, headache and muscle pain relief.
10. Rosemary: Can naturally thicken hair so it is great to add to homemade shampoos. Also, it improves brain function and memory so it’s great to used when working, reading or studying.
11. Tea tree oil: Natural anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, reduces bad odors and can help stimulate the immune system.
12. Sandalwood: Natural aphrodisiac that improves libido and can also improve energy.
Different oils can be blended together to enhance each’s energy or can be blended with a base oil to be used for massage, shower gels or body lotions.
Essential Oil Applications
Ready to let essential oils guide you back to health? Here are the four most common ways these healing oils are used today:
Topically: Essential oils have a very small size and of the chemical weight of less than 1000m (m=weight of molecule). According to scientific testing, any substance with a molecular weight below 1000m should be absorbed by the skin.
This means that essential oils are able to penetrate the skin and pass into the blood stream and into different areas of the body for internal therapeutic benefits.
Aromatically: There is great evidence that essential oils are absorbed into the bloodstream when inhaled. The large amount of blood vessels in the lungs absorb the oils and then circulate them throughout the body.
Using a diffuser can help you experience the benefits of essential oils. You can diffuse lavender to reduce stress, melaleuca to cleanse the air, wild orange to improve mood, frankincense for spiritual enlightenment and peppermint to improve focus and energy.
Ingestion: Essential oils can be used as a powerful form of medicine but it should be remembered that again, essential oils are powerful. Most essential oils are safe for internal use but a little bit goes a long way. Usually 1-3 drops is plenty mixed with water.
Best Carrier Oils For Aromatherapy
Essential oils are extremely small so they can pass through the skin and into the body quickly. But if you want to keep the oils on your skin and dilute them to create more gentleness on the skin you can combine them with carrier oils. These larger oils that come from the fatty part of the plant can increase the length of time the essential oils stay on your skin and also prolong the aromatherapy effects.
Some people mistakenly think using carrier oils reduces the effectiveness of the oil but really it can be the opposite. Dilution increases the surface area of absorption and with certain oils can prevent sensitivities.
Common carrier oils include:
  • Almond oil
  • Avocado
  • Coconut oil
  • Jojoba oil
  • Olive oil
For most people, a 10 percent dilution, which is 5 drops of oil per 1/2 teaspoon.
Essential Oils For Skin and Beauty
The skin and beauty industry is a billion dollar industry. Unfortunately it is filled with chemicals and hydrogenated oils that cause internal toxicity in the body.
The good news is you can create your own skin and beauty products that are also effective. Here are some benefits of specific oils:
Calm irritated skin – lavender and roman chamomile
Reduce age spots – frankincense
Thicken hair – rosemary and sage
Improve acne – melaleuca (tea tree) and geranium
Essential Oils For Hair Growth
Essential oils for hair loss can make a significant difference at stopping it in its tracks. Oils of rosemary, lavender and sage can all help naturally thicken hair by stimulating the hair follicles.
Clary sage and lavender support hair growth by balancing estrogen levels and rosemary essential oil works by inhibiting DHT (dihydroxy-testosterone) which stops hair loss. Here is how to naturally thicken hair with essential oils:
1. Put 10 drops of rosemary oil and 5 drops of lavender oil on different areas of your scalp
2. Gently massage into scalp for 2 minutes
3. Put a hot towel around your head and sit for 20 minutes
4. Finally, wash hair with natural homemade shampoo
Essential Oil Quality
This is one of the most vital things you must know about essential oils… Not all essential oils are created equally. In fact, most of them are worthless to your health and often synthetic. When buying essential oils make sure they are certified pure therapeutic grade.
